We hebben een onvergetelijke tour met de rendieren gehad. Wat een belevenis. Dwars door het bos heen en dan weer een open vlakte. De stilte....zo indrukwekkend! Na die tijd in een heel gezellig warm huisje bij de open haard wat gedronken met verschillende koekjes. Er werd toen van alles uitgelegd over deze prachtige dieren. De omgeving was ook echt sprookjesachtig!! Dit vergeten we nooit meer. Wat wij het leukst vonden......ALLES!!

une très belle découverte et avec Serge ( je crois ou Hervé 😅🙏🏻) notre guide français ça nous a énormément aidé à comprendre l histoire et l élevage des Husky ainsi que les consignes donnés pour pouvoir vivre pleinement l aventure 😉
Je dirai même que ça a passé extrêmement vite tellement la balade fut agréable 😉 et de ce beau temps tout était réunis pour passer une très belle matinée en votre compagnie. Je recommande à toute personne lisant ce commentaire de passer par eux pour la balade en chien de traîneau , les chiens y sont bien traités et l histoire de leur façon d élever leurs chiens est très bien expliquée .

Nous avons découvert la pêche sur un lac gelé avec nos guides. Nous étions six personnes.

Après nous avoir conduits sur un magnifique lac gelé, le guide a commencé à creuser la glace, puis il nous a proposé d’essayer à notre tour (c’est sportif 😅). Il nous a ensuite montré la technique pour pêcher. Nous n’avons pas attrapé de poisson (pour le plus grand bonheur de notre fille 🤣).

Au bout d’un moment, nous sommes allés nous réchauffer dans un tipi situé à côté du lac. Le guide avait allumé un feu et nous a offert des biscuits ainsi que du jus.

C’était un moment génial !

Wow!!! I was impressed. I had lost hope due to other experiences with other tours and this experience was phenomenal. We did the reindeer sled and Morgan was fantastic. He made sure that everything was right and that we had everything that we needed. The sled ride was very peaceful and romantic under the stars. After the ride Peter at the reindeer farm went over the year in the life of reindeer as well as how the life of a herder is and that was very informative and was a top notch experience. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for the excellent experience.

I did several activities with the agency: Frozen Waterfalls, Vikakongas, Husky Ride, Aurora Cabin, and the Ultimate Aurora Hunt.

The first two activities are more like trails, where you walk to specific spots and enjoy hot tea and cookies.

For me, the best activity was the Husky Ride—it was truly a unique experience to interact with the dogs and see their excitement to run through the snow.

For Aurora Cabin, there was a complication that almost led to its cancellation. However, the company went above and beyond to provide the service and even gifted me the Finnish sauna + lake bathing experience.

Finally, during the Ultimate Aurora Hunt, they took us to a spot where we managed to see the northern lights despite the cold and the time we spent waiting.

The guides were super kind and really tried to make the experience enjoyable. I would have loved if they were a bit more knowledgeable about the places we visited, sharing stories or explaining what happens there during other seasons. I think that’s something they could improve, but their attention was amazing overall.

We had an incredible time in Rovaniemi!

I originally booked the Northern Lights and BBQ experience with Wonderlapland because it was the cheapest I could find. I knew ahead of time that seeing the lights wasn’t a guarantee, but I thought that the bbq under the stars would justify spending the money since it was the most reasonably priced tour.

We were so lucky to have gotten Morgan as our guide. He went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. Throughout the evening, he was so kind and accommodating. When he didn’t see my mittens, he offered me his own! He also gave everyone in the group shoe spikes since the ground was frozen and slippery, and was patient and supportive as I maneuvered my way up and down hills.

Our group of about 7 people joined another group of a similar size for the bbq. We waited a couple of hours for the lights, but many people had lost hope of seeing them and were ready to head back. Morgan gave our group the choice to leave or wait for another 30 minutes… we chose to stay while the other group left. Ten minutes after the first group left, we spotted them! We are so incredibly grateful for Morgan’s patience and willingness to stay just a bit longer, because we were only ten minutes away from missing out on the most magical experience of our lives! (We even saw a shooting star)!

Afterwards, Morgan made sure we all got back to our hotels safely, and we were very appreciative of how he would pull over before checking his gps or to take a sip of water to help him stay awake.

My husband and I both consider this night the best part of our trip to Finland. We think of Morgan often, and wish him the absolute best! We can’t thank him or Wonderlapland enough for this experience. These photos were taken on the night of our tour, 12/26/24.

Prise en charge devant notre logement, par une guide qui parlait français. Une fois à la ferme des rennes nous avons été pris en charge par une employée (en anglais) qui nous a expliqué le déroulé. Nous sommes partis pour une balade de 30 min en caravane (3 caravanes d’une dizaine de traîneaux).
Les paysages étaient magnifiques. Après la balade nous avons été conduit dans une petite cabane avec feu de camp, thé chaud et cinnamon. Là plein d’explications très intéressantes nous ont été donné sur les rennes. Attention tout ça se fait en anglais et non en français ! Seule la guide qui nous a conduit parlait français et pouvait nous traduire ponctuellement.
Un peu cher pour le rapport qualité / prix.

Todo un acierto hacer la excursión de Aurora Boreal.
Las condiciones no eran buenas para el día contratado y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cambio para el día siguiente.
Nuestro grupo era reducido, solo dos familias en una minivan junto con Alberto, nuestro guía, quien nos facilitó todo desde el primer momento.
Tuvimos mucha suerte y vimos Auroras a unos 40 minutos de Rovaniemi.
Alberto paró en dos localizaciones diferentes y nos hizo todas las fotos que quisimos.
Una experiencia magnífica y muy recomendable.
No lo dudéis si vais a Rovaniemi.
