Went to Rovaniemi in February and right in the Santa Village, tucked in a small corner is Santa’s Husky Ride. We were greeted quickly and did not have to wait in a queue. We took the 2.5km husky ride. The ride was long enough to enjoy. After the ride we even played with some of the huskies sitting separately. Icing on the cake was the hot beverage and cookies served in the warm hut. Would recommend Santa’s husky ride.

We enjoyed our husky sled ride. We booked the 2.5km ride which to us was just nice to experience the magic of being pulled in a sled by the beautiful huskies without being frozen.

We were given warm berry juice and gingerbread cookies after our ride to warm up.

The website states that there will be some information sharing of huskbut we didn't get any. In fact no one talked to us about the huskies at all.

Wir waren sehr begeistert… die Tour ist mit 2,5km kurz, war aber trotzdem ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Der Tee und die Kekse nach der Tour waren sehr lecker.
Wir haben vorher online gebucht, es wäre möglich auch vor Ort erst zu buchen, aber ohne Garantie, für einen freien Platz.
Der Umgang mit den Hunden ist super und die Hunde sind mit freude dabei, dies ist auch deutlich zu hören.
Die Zwinger sind sauber und gepflegt, so wie auch die Hunde.

I had a great experience riding the husky sleigh with Bearhill Husky! The dogs were well taken care of, the ride itself was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a memorable experience in the beautiful Lapland wilderness.

The only downside was the 30-minute delay, even though we had a scheduled booking. A large group arrived suddenly, and it seemed like the scheduling could have been managed better to avoid long waits. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!

Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Lapland.

What a great team, both our 4 legged and 2 legged tour guides were amazing. The dogs were so keen and happy to be out there, they demonstrated pure enjoyment to run.

Our human guides answered all our questions and truly love their dogs! We even had the chance to pat the dogs and hang out with the owners and learn more about their passion way of life. Thank you!

Nous avons fait la balade avec 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Balade entre 8 à 10 min comme prévu (selon nous suffisant pour les enfants). Nous avons pu prendre quelques photos avec les chien après la balade mais le moment est très rapide.
Nous avons eu un jus de pomme chaud et un biscuit après la balade, les enfants ont apprécié.

🛷🐾 Somos 2 adultos + 2 niños y pudimos disfrutar del paseo los 4 en el mismo trineo. ¡Toda una sorpresa ya que esperábamos que fuera 2 por trineo! No hicimos la conducción nosotros mismos, cosa que también buscábamos. Al finalizar, entramos en calor con un zumo caliente y unas galletas de jengibre. ¡Sentimos que había sido todo un acierto elegiros! 🐾🛷

We had a lovely 2.5km Santa husky ride at the beginning of February. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and informative, and answered any questions you may have. The husky ride itself lasted between 7-10 minutes and had beautiful scenery (in between snow covered trees!) although it is short, it is all you need and it was one of the highlights from our trip! When we had our husky ride, it was -18° if yours is like this, I would definitely recommend covering your face as the cold and the breeze can make your face get really cold! After the actual husky ride, we went inside a hut and had a gingerbread and warm berry juice. This was also a lovely addition to warm up afterwards. Thank you so much for the amazing experience during our visit to Lapland!❄️
