Noleggio auto eccellente, scesi ad ivalo, andati al box di europcar, 5 minuti per firmare i documenti e pronti a partire, abbiamo riconsegnato l auto ad un altro aeroporto ( rovaniemi), la riconsegna è stata facilissima, parcheggiato l auto nei posti riservati a europcar
fuori l aeroporto, e lasciate chiavi al box informazioni direttamente dentro una cassettina apposta e via. Grazie

Nous avons loué une voiture avec Europcar pour circuler en Laponie et nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Voiture propre a l'arrivée, état des lieux ok, effort de la personne à l'accueil pour se comprendre malgré la barrière de la langue, Restitution de la voiture dans un autre lieu et tout était prévu et parfait. Je recommande europcar

Haven‘t had such an easy car rental yet!
I booked the car online, 1 month before we went to Finland. When we arrived, it took around 3 minutes until I had the key in my hands.

We did have trouble to find the car and the reason is, it was already started and was warming up for us (and for the engine as it was -20°C =D). I am not used to that kind of service and am very glad to experience it for the first time. This are well deserved 5 stars and a definite recommendation from my side!

Nous avons bien récupéré la voiture à l'heure prévue, propre et toute neuve.
J'avais vu certains avis disant qu'ils n'avaient pas récupéré leur caution de 300€. Pour notre part nous avons rendu la voiture dimanche et ce mercredi nous avons l'argent sur notre compte. Je me demande si c'est lié au fait que nous avions bien - comme demandé- une carte de crédit et non pas de débit ?

We recently rented a car from Europcar Autovuokraamo Ivalo lentoasema and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite being required to pay a 300 euro deposit, I have yet to receive any refund for it, which feels like they have effectively stolen my money.

The lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable, and I would advise anyone considering renting from this company to look for alternative options. It is unfortunate that such a seemingly reputable company would treat its customers in this way, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a more trustworthy car rental company.

We rented Volkswagen Golf from Europcar durint our autumn holiday. The car was good, clean and fuel was full. You have to pay 50€ more if you want to cross border. Car pick up was easy and same as drop off, you just drop the key in the box.
