The day with Jenni and the reindeer was fantastic! It was an absolute highlight to have such close contact with the animals and experience them in their natural environment. Jenni and her whole family are so welcoming and lovely and the food is fantastic! We felt like we were staying with good friends and really enjoyed the day. Absolutely recommendable!

This was the best tour we did in Lapland! An authentic & non-touristy experience, spending the day with Jenni, the traditional Sámi reindeer herder. She & her family were so kind. We’ve been listening to their stories about the Sámi culture, enjoyed delicious homemade food & drinks, got to feed the reindeer & so much more! Highly recommend this small & family-run tour which is full of love for the details!

Absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful time with Jenni visiting a working reindeer farm. She did a phenomenal job of teaching us everything about the animals, cooking us a traditional Finnish lunch, and letting us feed the reindeer. She offered us super warm clothing and boots (they know the cold!) and always made sure we were having a great time. Beautiful animals and a great host. If you’re looking for a real Sámi experience, look no further. What gem, worth the drive from Rovaniemi, no question.

Nous avons passé une journée exceptionnelle avec Jenni et sa famille ! Du début à la fin tout était parfait, le lieu, les explications, le nourrissage des rennes, le repas tout était incroyable et restera notre meilleure journée et activité de notre séjour en Laponie. Jenni et sa famille sont des personnes très accueillantes et chaleureuses et nous avons adoré les rencontrer. Cette activité est tout ce que l'on recherchait, authentique et qui en met plein les yeux. Merci à eux pour ces merveilleux souvenirs !!

Es ist einfach nur fantastisch. Wer die Natur und Rentiere liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Es lohnt sich mit Jenni und dem Schneemobil durch den Wald zu den Rentieren zu fahren. Die Zeit mit den Renntieren ist grossartig, dazu gibt es noch sehr feine lokale Spezialitäten. Dazu kommt auch noch, das Jenni und Ihre Familie freundlich, interessiert und hilfsbereit ist. Die Tour ist sehr empfehlenswert, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.

We had the perfect day with Jenni and her family. They were so welcoming, and made the experience so special. We would recommend this to everyone, as it was the highlight of our trip. You can really feel how passionate Jenni and her family is about the reindeers and making the day perfect for their guest - therefore this is a “must do” visit when going to Lapland.

It is by far the best experience we have had during our trip in Lapland! Jenni is a very kind person and offers a very unique and authentic experience. She treats you not as a tourist and takes time to discuss with you. We met her parents who were also very nice.
We learnt a lot about reindeer and lappish culture and her reindeer sausages are amazing!

A must do if you are visiting the area 🙂
