The cutest experience! We had the chance to learn more about huskies and even pet them before and after the ride, which made it even more special. As a bonus, we also got to see and pet some adorable goats! The guides were all very friendly, spoke excellent English, and made sure we had a great time. After the ride, we were welcomed inside a cozy tent near the fire, where we were offered a hot drink. A truly memorable and heartwarming experience—highly recommended!

C'était une expérience incroyable ! ! !
Nous avons vu l'aurore boréales le 15 Janvier a 21h50. Le guide monsieur Jarmo est très professionnel et très humain aussi. Il a beaucoup de expérience et des bonnes pratiques. Il a nous emmène la deuxième spot et nous avons attendu 20 minutes et l'aurore boréales commence à apparaître petit à petit. Il a beaucoup de patience aussi. Nous avons beaucoup de chance avec lui. Nous avons vue aussi la 3eme Spot. Monsieur Jarmo très professionnel pour les photos. Le programme commence à 19h et nous avons réussi à voir les aurores à 21h50.
C'était un circuit très très bien organisé. Il a lu les chiffres techniques dans les différents applications. Il est très flexible et il nous emmène dans 5 spots différents.
La voiture est équipé des siège chauffante. Comme nous avons un petit chiens, il nous prépare des eaux et des snack pour notre chien. A la fin, il nous offert aussi les chocolats et biscuits finlandais. C'est délicieux.

I booked a Northern Lights tour with them, and it was incredible. Jarmo was both highly professional and incredibly friendly. Thanks to his efforts, I got to experience the auroras firsthand! It was an incredible night, they are VERY RECOMMENDED! 🙌🏻😊

Krista, Ollie, Norbert and Nico are the best.

First day with Krista and Ollie: The weather was bad, cloudy all over. We couldn't see the Aurora which was no fault of Krista and Ollie, they did their best to find a perfect location.
But the weather forecasted heavy clouds and heavy snow later that night.
Krista and Ollie started a bonfire and offered us chocolate and warm gloggi to cheer us up.

Krista and Ollie said they would try to convince their boss to bring us on a second trip the next day.
Krista then texted us the next day and gave us the good news.

Second day with Norbert and Nico:
At the start of the trip, they were boasting a 100% success rate of finding the Aurora and labelled themselves the A team.

They brought us to the first location but it was cloudy again. However, they whipped out their phones and check potential locations and wind forecasts.
Debated amongst themselves for a couple a minute and decided to head for a second location.

Travelled about half and hour and all of a sudden they spotted a feint light.
Stopped at the earliest opportunity and waited a couple minutes.
As predicted by the both of them, the light began to become brighter.
And finally we witnessed the elusive Aurora.

The pictures were sent to us the next day by Eppu. They were absolutely beautiful.

It was a great experience! We loved petting the husky and sleighing on the frozen lake, the best way to experience Lapland’s magic landscapes. Plus, Insider’s guides were really helpful and met all of our needs, definitely recommend!

Although the weather conditions were not promising at all, it was our last night in Lapland so we decided to go Aurora hunting anyway.

We are incredibly thankful to Norbert who chose the right spot at the right time and made it happen! The Aurora was very strong as well as its waving motion. The hunt was even more satisfying because of the adverse weather conditions.

I would totally recommend Norbert, he is extremely passionate about hunting the lights, very friendly and able to make the experience highly enjoyable.

We booked our northern lights in atmospheric cottage tour with them. While we saw the lovely lights, the experience was a little disappointing. The two tour guides spoke basically no English and gave no information on the lights at all. Just dropped us on the lake and said look up. And the cottage hadn’t been pre-warmed and only had a small fire so was very cold.

But the guides were friendly which was nice I think though I would recommend other travelers to ask a little more before booking.

We booked a couple of activities with them, including reindeer and huskies sleigh rides, which are both advertised as 3-hour-long activities.

Don’t be fooled, neither of the rides lasted more than 10-15 minutes.
On top of that, the people working the farms barely spoke any English, so they explained barely nothing about the work they do with the animals or about the animals themselves, even though that’s advertised as part of the activity.

After the activities, they’ll take you to some fireplace and give you sausages, marshmallows and hot tea to fill the rest of the three hours. All that is fine, but is not what you are asking for.

When we came back from the reindeer ride 2 hours later to their office (remember, they offer a 3 hour activity) and told them what had happened, all they did was put on a blank face and say it was our fault for booking the wrong activity.

And here is where the fun begins: they offer a long and a short reindeer ride and they tried to gaslight us into thinking that we had booked the short one.
Furthermore, when we left the office, THEY CHANGED THE INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBPAGE. Simply marvellous.

Our activity had changed into a “serene 2 km ride (15 mins)”. I don’t know their concept of serene, but to travel 2 km (1.25 miles) in 15 minutes I have to walk very quickly.

They’ll probably change the details of the activity again, so beware of booking anything with them because, as a organisation, they really cannot be trusted.

I feel sorry about the guides, because they really put in the effort and are very nice people.
