Friendly and professional Team. Great ice cars and track that was very fun to drive for adults and kids. They had 12, 2, and 4 pm openings. Best to book online in advance in case the times are full. We showed up in person with no reservations and they had space and took us onsite. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. The guys here were friendly and nice and helped numerous racers that crashed off track to get back on track with a smile. Cheers and Kittos!

Complete rip-off—€89 for just 10 minutes, and you have to book in advance. The staff at the track are rude. My kart had a steering issue that caused it to spin in circles and crash multiple times. When I reported it, the staff member dismissed me as a bad driver, then got in the kart himself to “show me how it’s done”—only to crash within seconds. Ridiculous

The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the thrilling experience of racing on a challenging and exciting complex track. It was incredibly fun to compete with friends and family, adding an element of friendly rivalry that made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the freezing temperatures of -17°C, we were so immersed in the race that we didn’t even realize how cold our hands had become until the event was over.

The staff at the venue were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They even provided balaclavas to help us stay warm in the extreme weather, which was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience.

One of the best features was the opportunity to enjoy two rounds of racing. This added a whole new dimension to the activity because it gave everyone a chance to improve. If the first round didn’t go as planned, you could learn from your mistakes, adjust your strategy, and feel more confident and prepared for the second round. It also meant you had more time on the track, making the entire experience even more fun and rewarding.

Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure that combined excitement, competition, and camaraderie in a unique setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and memorable outing, no matter the weather!

personally had a great experience. Equipment and track was well looked after and I felt safe. I could see why some people might have a bad experience with one of the staff members as the person in question might’ve been a bit awkward but most of the staff are great and even have good sense of humour. They are there for the safety of the activity and they did great.

Oltre al prezzo esagerato, e gli i assistenti molto maleducati mi sono ritrovato in due condizioni di disagio. (parto col dire che sono due manche).
1- nella prima manche la mio kart quando provavo ad andare di traverso continuava ad andare anche se io lasciavo l’acceleratore. Dopo lo visto che lo stavano controlando anno rischiato di amazzarsi poiché il motore rimaneva su di giri.
2- le manche durano 10 minuti e io mi sono bloccato 3 volte e la prima volta per liberarmi ci hanno messo 4 minuti poi la seconda volta 1 e l’altra 2 minuti in un totale di 7 ma se considerate che in totale una manche dura 10 minuti; fate voi
Esperienza terribile non vi consiglio di andarci.
E mi sono dimenticato di dire che eravamo in 3 gruppi di cui bisognavamo aspettare 40 minuti per ogni manche.

Extremely rude staff! We politely asked what group we were in because we were in a rush and IF we were in group 2 so we could kindly leave since we had another activity soon. The guide responded “I’ll tell you when I tell you” and I said we are in a rush, could you please let us know. “Why are you in a rush, I don’t care” and continued to laugh.

I thought this was a children’s attraction in the “happiest country in the world”? This is our 3rd day here and every other day has been splendid with great people and activities.

I came to this place for the second day in a row so my child could ride on the kids’ track. The website clearly states, “No need to book in advance!” but at the ticket office, there’s a sign saying all tickets for the day are sold out. I understood this situation yesterday, so I came back again today, only to face the same problem. I called the number listed on the website, and the person I spoke to said that the website information is just “like that,” and we should look for another time. It’s very discouraging. The staff on-site is also very unpleasant—when they see a customer, they turn away and pretend to be busy.

Es un karting de hielo y nieve espectacular!! Solo corren a las 12 y a las 14h reserva antes para asegurarte plaza! Si vas antes de las carreras los niños pequeños tienen un circuito mini para mini motos de nieve y mini quads y Vale 38€ como 15-20 minutos y pueden ir en las dos cosas. El ice karting vale 89€ y hacen dos tandas de 10-15’ cada una. El circuito es muy largo y con muchas curvas, divertido helado porqué derrapas mucho. Te dan un balaclava y casco, tu tienes que llevar tus guantes. Para esperar hay una cabaña con un fuego, té de arandanos caliente y galletas gratuitas.
