We had three wonderful hours with Tuomas and his huskies. The location is very remote and idyllic, right in the middle of the forest.
We took a tour with the husky sled. Tuomas started by introducing each dog that was part of the team. The way he interacts with the dogs is very loving. Afterward, there was an introduction to sled driving. The explanation was very clear, and Tuomas paid close attention during the ride to ensure everything was safe, so we felt very secure.

The scenery was breathtaking, and sledding was so much fun!
**Tip:** Make sure to dress very warmly! The wind during the ride makes it very cold.

After the tour, we enjoyed tea and pastries by the campfire, and Tuomas shared many stories and answered all our questions.

We can highly recommend Taigausko.

What an amazing experience! Tuomas and Elisa were both fantastic. We were interested in a smaller more intimate experience and that is exactly what they provided. They answered all of our 4 years olds questions, let him explore, and even pulled him on a little sled through their camp. The love that they have for all of there dogs is evident. They gave us proper instructions on how to handle the dog sled and even stopped to take some amazing family photos along the way. I would highly recommend booking your Lapland dog sledding experience with Taigausko, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great experience at Taigausko Husky Experience.
The dogs were treated really well and they have plenty of space and get lots of love.
We had a lot of fun and highly recommend them. After the sledging and the dog cuddles we had a lovely campfire with tea and cake.

Unforgettable beautiful tour with Siberian huskies. Not a short tourist ride but a long sleigh ride through the woods. It is important to dress very warmly and prepare yourself for the cold!!!! Definitely recommended!!

Expérience incroyable avec Tuomas ! Un passionné de ses chiens, qui les traitent comme des membres de sa famille. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience hors des sentiers touristiques, cet endroit est fait pour vous ! Pas de snowmobile, nous avons pu nous initer au pilotage avec bienveillance. Moment de partage au coin du feu après la ballade et visite du chenille. Merci pour ce moment magique et hors du temps !

Ein absolutes Muss wenn man Finnland besucht und sich einen Lebenstraum erfüllen will. Fernab vom Massentourismus und in einer kleinen Gruppe ging es weit in die Natur rein wo wir die schönsten Ausblicke ergattern konnten. Selten sieht man so einen Liebevollen Umgang mit den Tieren, was uns sehr wichtig war. Vielen Dank Tuomas für das tolle Erlebnis am Sonntag 🤩

Great husky experience far away from « touristic attraction » that you can find in the south of lapland. This tour felt really authentic. Only two sledges which makes it easier and more intimate. The guides were super friendly, great at explaining how the sledges work and their overall life with the dogs through the seasons. Thanks a lot 🙂
